What types of bubble tea do you offer?
We offer a range of milk teas, coffee, fruit teas, fresh tea drinks, cooler, brown sugar drinks, iced blend and barista's special drinks, with different flavours and toppings to choose from. Our menu may vary from time to time depending on availability.
What is bubble tea?
Bubble tea is a popular Taiwanese drink made with tea, milk or fruit flavours, and a variety of toppings. Depending on your choice, you can enjoy it hot or cold, with options such as tapioca pearls, popping boba, jelly and more.
1.4 To get the welcome discount or promotional voucher, you need to opt in to receive our marketing emails. The voucher can only be redeemed at stores that participate in the promotion.

Can I customize my drink?
Yes! Many of our drinks can be customized to suit your preferences. Depending on the drink, you may be able to choose your sweetness level, ice level, tea base, alternative milk, toppings, or extra fruit flavours.

Can I choose how sweet my drink is?
Yes! Where available, you can choose your preferred sweetness level to suit your taste. Our standard recipe is made with 100% sugar, but you can adjust this to:
0% – No Sugar
30% – Slight Sugar
50% – Half Sugar
80% – Less Sugar
100% – Regular Sugar
120% – Extra Sugar
For our Brown Sugar Specials, we don’t add additional sugar to the drink. We recommend choosing 30% sugar or higher so you can enjoy the full brown sugar flavour. At lower sugar levels, the brown sugar taste may be less noticeable.
Not sure which sweetness level to choose? Our team will be happy to recommend one based on your chosen drink.

Can I choose how much ice I want?
Yes. You can usually choose from different ice levels. If you prefer little or no ice, simply let our team know when ordering.

Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes! Many of our drinks are vegan-friendly. However, some options, including puddings, milk teas, taro drinks and coffee lattes, may contain dairy or other non-vegan ingredients.
We also offer a range of dairy-free milk alternatives, including almond, coconut, oat and soya milk. Please let our team know your dietary requirements when ordering, and we’ll be happy to help you choose a suitable option.

Do your drinks contain allergens?
Some of our drinks and toppings may contain or come into contact with allergens, including milk and other ingredients that may be relevant to customers with allergies.

You can place your order through any of our available ordering options, including our in-store till, self-service kiosks, or delivery platforms such as Deliveroo and Uber Eats, where available.
