How Vbubble Events Work
1. Tell Us About Your Event
Send us your event date, venue, estimated guest numbers and the type of event you're planning.
2. Choose Your Vbubble Experience
Depending on your event, we'll help you select the most suitable package and available drink, topping and bubble waffle options.
3. Confirm Your Event Menu
For live events, we may ask you to pre-select a limited number of drink flavours and toppings.
This allows us to provide your guests with plenty of choice while keeping service quick and efficient.
4. We Come to Your Venue
For our staffed event packages, the Vbubble team travels to your chosen venue and sets up our serving station before the agreed service time.
5. Enjoy Vbubble!
During the agreed serving period, your guests can choose from your selected event menu and enjoy their Vbubble experience.
Once the service period finishes, our team will pack down the Vbubble station and leave the venue.
