Drinks may be remade or replaced if:
- You received the wrong drink.
- Your drink is missing an item or contains an incorrect item.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for drinks. If an item is missing or incorrect, we’ll be happy to remake the drink for you to ensure you receive your order as intended.

Merchandise items may be returned if:
- They are unused and in their original packaging.
- They are found to be faulty or defective.
Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting our staff at the store where the item was purchased. Please bring the original proof of purchase with you.
